I’m Abdelrahman Algazzar. I’ve spent the last 15 years leading engineering teams and co-founding startups in cloud infrastructure and AI. These days I work as a fractional CTO for founders and investors across the MENA region, stepping in when a business needs real technical judgment, not another status meeting.
